FRANCE BECKNER:  I teach agility, hoopers, tricks and work on behavioural issues with clients and their dogs. I teach using modern, scientifically proven, methods of positive reinforcement. I am a member of the Pet Professional Guild PPG and a Do More with you dogs CTI (Tricks).  I felt the need to give back to the sport I love, so I became a Masters Level Agility AAC and UKI Judge for the past 20 year.. Over the years, I have gathered a large wall of achievements, ribbons and awards. I have represented Canada twice on the Canadian World Team. My love of dogs and students is truly my driving force!  Private Bookings Here!

Jill Brooks has been training dogs since 2012. Aside from her successes with all of her 4 dogs building solid relationships and applying this to sport dog competitions, she has worked with many breeds of dogs and dog behaviour has become second nature. Jill offers pack walks with ‘Quest Training’, class training as well as one-to-one private lessons. Jill’s current performance dog is a world class Border Collie, “Quill” who has helped Jill run and train at the highest level of agility. She is a valuable asset to AVID DOGS and is progressive in training many of our members.

KATE:  Kate started agility with her first dog, a Mini Schnauzer, five years ago, and has recently started working with a lovely Golden Retriever named Scout. In addition to a love of dogs and agility, Kate has experience teaching in a variety of roles – she spent several years teaching music to children aged 3 to 16 in her twenties, and worked as a teaching assistant in the University of Victoria’s sociology department during her graduate studies. She is a great asset to AVID DOGS.
